The Pressroom is located next to Steinman Park and just steps away from Lancaster’s center square. The liveliness and vibrancy of the city can be felt in the Printer’s Plate event space. Our space is perfect for a variety of private events from rehearsal dinners and baby showers to retirement celebrations and corporate functions.
SOCIAL GATHERINGS
There is much to celebrate in our new banquet room. We offer an expanded bar, additional buffet features, beautiful new décor and a great view of Steinman Park. Planning a wedding rehearsal dinner or joyous graduation party? We can seat 70 and offer plenty of entrée options. Want to wow future clients with a networking event? Up to 100 people can mingle and meet over cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.

The advantages of meeting in The Printer’s Plate are clear. We offer a creative work environment, top-of-the-line audio-visual equipment, complimentary Wi-Fi, smart breakfast and lunch options, and a central downtown Lancaster location. The Pressroom’s private banquet room was perfect for our rehearsal dinner! The event coordinator was wonderful to work with, the buffet was awesome and plentiful, and the staff was so very accommodating and friendly. It was a delightful evening for our family!
Thanks to the attention and expertise of the Events Manager our evening was absolute perfection. The setting was so lovely, the service was excellent and the food was amazing. We had plated dinners of filet mignon, salmon and vegan spaghetti which delighted all our guests. The appetizers and desserts were exceptional and made the dinner complete. I would unhesitatingly recommend The Pressroom Restaurant for any occasion!
